To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Service allows you to participate in staking digital assets. You acknowledge that staking involves risks, including potential loss of assets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you have any dispute or claim arising out of or relating in any way to the Service or these Terms, you must send an email to contact@impactstake.com to resolve the matter through informal, good faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, all unresolved disputes shall be finally and exclusively settled by arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) under its rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator in the English language and will remain confidential. Any award made by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary. This section shall survive the termination of these Terms or your use of the Service.
You agree to bring all disputes or claims connected to the Service in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff in or member of any class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding. Further, you irrevocably waive the right to demand a trial by jury.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
